The information provided in or accessible through the Site is only available to persons qualifying as eligible subscribers to our funds, being, for our BVI-domiciled funds, "professional investors" within the meaning of the British Virgin Islands Securities and Investment Business Act 2010 (as amended), and such other categories of investors as may be permitted under applicable laws in relevant jurisdictions.

The Site and the funds referred to are neither directed at nor made available to retail clients in any jurisdiction. They are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation.

The Site and any interests in our funds are not directed at "U.S. persons" as that term is defined under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.
